In accordance with G.C. Sec. 54954.2(a) this notice and agenda were posted on the City Hall bulletin board and also in the Piedmont Police Department on Friday May 5, 2023.
The City statement goes to great length to address ADA accommodations to this meeting. It should also address the lack of public accommodation of not providing recordings and minutes of these BAFPC meetings. Perhaps it could explain why it does not record or take minutes of this public meeting.
I wonder if a person could not attend or listen to this meeting for ADA reasons what the city’s accommodation would be. Probably a recording of the meeting.
