No meeting materials, such as the Budget and Financial Plan, were publicly distributed with the meeting announcement. Materials should be publicly available at the meeting.

  1. The City statement goes to great length to address ADA accommodations to this meeting. It should also address the lack of public accommodation of not providing recordings and minutes of these BAFPC meetings. Perhaps it could explain why it does not record or take minutes of this public meeting.

    I wonder if a person could not attend or listen to this meeting for ADA reasons what the city’s accommodation would be. Probably a recording of the meeting.
