Meeting attendees can receive the information at the meeting. No distribution of agenda materials will be made until the time of the meeting.
Materials related to an item on this agenda submitted to the Budget Advisory and Financial Planning Committee are available for public inspection in the Finance Department during normal business hours.

Note: Members of the Budget Advisory and Financial Planning Committee are not required per City Council policy to file Conflicts of Interests Statements.
It seems curious to me that the materials will not be available prior to the meeting, not even to the city council members.
The other government bodies I’m familiar with prepare meeting materials well in advance of the meeting. They make the data available to public and elected officials in electronic format.
Many people find it easier to absorb financial presentations like this, if they’re able to preview the related data.
